Returns Policy

At Praetorian Bespoke, every garment is hand-crafted with precision, passion, and your individual measurements in mind. Due to the personalized nature of our bespoke and made-to-measure products, our returns policy is designed to respect both craftsmanship and customer care.

Because all bespoke suits, made-to-measure garments, and custom-designed pieces are tailored specifically for you, we do not offer full refunds for change of mind, fit preferences, or styling preferences once production has begun.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority.

✅ We offer complimentary adjustments or alterations to ensure the perfect fit on all bespoke orders.

If you're not satisfied with the initial fit:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your garment

  • We'll schedule a fitting to address your concerns

We stand behind the quality of our tailoring and will make reasonable adjustments as needed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Garments altered by external tailors

  • Worn or damaged items

  • Sale or clearance stock

    Suspenders Returns

    If you have received your order and it is not quite what you expected, we will gladly provide an exchange or store credit provided that the goods are returned in new saleable condition including all packaging within 30 days of placing your order. Please send an email to jay@praetorians.com.au to begin the exchange process within 30 days of placing your order.

    Please select your items carefully and ensure to leave enough time for shipping, as we strictly do not offer refunds. This does not exclude you from any Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable regulations.

    Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, minor surface imperfections are not considered to be faults. If you have received your order and are not happy with the products, please email us at jay@praetorians.com.au so our customer service team can resolve this.
